Ok, I am now done with cooking! This is a crustless quiche. It is purty huh?

Crustless Quiche
Butter 10 inch pie plate.
Place evenly:
4 oz. shredded cheese
6 to 7 slices crisp bacon
Drained thawed frozen spinach box
Mix together in a bowl:
4 eggs
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1/2 c. carbquik
2 tbsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. milk
Pour over cheese/bacon/spinach
Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Stand 4 minutes before serving.
Ok, I didn't do the math......sorry. It has basically no carbs per slice. I figure 10 servings from this. I am DONE cooking today.....however, I do have apples to figure out what to do with.....hummmm....

No need to apologize! No such thing as a stupid question!
Carbquik is available to purchase at www6.netrition.com/tova_carbquik_page.html
Mfg: www.tovaindustries.com/carbalose/page1.html
They also make a flour for normal baking.
It is like Bisquick baking mix (hence the namesake), but it has high insoluble fiber, so the carb count is GREAT!
1/3 cup (32g = One biscuit) is 16g carbs w/ 14g insoluble fiber = net carb of 2g and 6g protein!

LOOKS AMAZING!!
With those apples, and using splenda brown sugar, you can make awesome apple crisp! You'll have to sub the white flour for wheat flour but still, low on the carbs!
Look up any recipe and what a nice sweet treat it is! top it off with cool whip or make your own and it's a really decent low cal/low carb delight!
