Found a way to make mobile protein powder! Baby formula dispenser!

I am sure that I'm not the only person to ever think of this... but I think it's pretty darn helpful. So I wanted to share! 

I have been supplementing lunch at work w protein shakes. The thought of spending $2-$3 a day for those portable bottles they sell from bariatric fusion and bariatric advantage was a little daunting.

So I bought one of those powder baby formula dispensers...  like this... only the one I got was like $2 or $3 at Wal-Mart.

Holds three servings of protein powder.

And then I got a little mini reusable water bottle. The nozzle from the formula dispenser fits right in there. Pours with no mess.

All I have to do is add water. Shake. Drink. Then rinse with soap in breakroom sink. And reuse!

So I'll leave it at work! And I'll have 3 days worth of lunch right there!

Anyway I was excited about it. Lol. Thought I'd share.

You know..that is an absolutely ingenious idea! I'm having problems remembering to eat meals, so for now it would be easier for me to just drink protein shakes all day while I'm at work.  This is so much easier than plastic baggies!

Brilliant!  This is way better than the several snack bags I have stuffed in my purse and next to my desk in a basket.  I am 4 years out and still have one protein shake a day. School starts in a couple of weeks, so I'll be shopping for this little gadget.  Thanks!

I know baggies are really hard to pour. And even the little sample packets are hard to pour and messy!!!!!

The formula dispensers are located with the bottles and stuff.

Awesome idea!!!  I start every morning with a protein drink.  I will get one of these before I go out of town in a few weeks.  This way I can pack it and have my protein each morning!!!  Such a smart girl!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
