Take whatever pills the doctor tells you to take.  Take your vitamins you are suppose to take.  When your doctor tells you how much to eat and what to eat, listen and do.  As long as you follow what your suppose to do, you will be just fine.  A lot of people become mal-nutritioned because they dont take there vitamins, and maybe there eating less then what they are suppose too.  Then it could be the opposite.  Someone gaining weight back because there eating more than what there suppose too.  Just stick with the guidlines of what surgery you have, listen to the doctors and you will do great!  Hope that helps.Take care.

Well I've been kinda slacking off these last couple weeks with exercising.  I know I shouldnt but I have.  Besides that, its usually 4 times a week, and I do 2 miles in 40 min. on the treadmill.  then I stretch on the floor and do as many sit ups as I can, and then I move on to some leg exercises.  I just started doing arm exercises too.
