Kirk Thompson - the Crow RIP
I met Kirk at the OH Conference in West Virginia several years ago. What a gentle man. I've thought of him often and wondered how he was doing. Know that that gentle breeze you feel when you're exhausted from exercising is Kirk prodding you to keep on keeping on. I know I will...RIP Kirk. You'll be missed much but loved more......
I remember Kirk from about 4 or 5 yrs. ago. Always read whenever he wrote. I'm so sorry to hear of his passing,
Withh his loss I can say, he was a gentle person who has remained in many hearts.
I have often thought about him over the years as while as many who have gone before their time.
Kirk was and always will be a person who has inspired us. Thank you Kirk.

Bo, and OH staff,
I am so sorry to hear about your loss. When we lose someone we love, they will always be with us...in our heart and in all the fond memories we have of them, all the smiles they put on our face and all the things they taught us. And I believe that one day we will be with them again. He was your angel and I feel he still is....by your side encouraging you to be the best to can be.
Hugs,
Ginger

My heart is saddened to hear this news. Kirk was so very inspirational to me when I first joined OH, and so encouraging when I was getting my self emotionally ready for surgery. the world was a better place for Kirk having been here.

Oh no, I am so sorry to hear about Kirk. He was a mainstay in the chatroom when I first joined OH back when it was AMOS in 1999. I recall him finally having his surgery and doing so well. He was such a kind and caring person. He will truly be missed. My condolences to his family and friends.

BO-this news absolutely breaks my heart. Crow meant so much to so many of us. He was my personal "hero". I used to joke with him that meeting him at the Tx OH convention in 2004 was better than meeting Elvis. From then on, everytime he would call, somewhere in the conversation he would do some type of lame Elvis imitation. We lost touch over the past few years,as he faced his demons, etc, but he never left my thoughts and prayers. This is TRULY a loss for all of us. May our dear friend now find the peace he was searching for.
