I'm 3 years out, and after reaching my goal weight, i gained 10 lbs in the last 2 months.  How do i know if i need revision surgery?

i still eat generally small portions of food, but too often during the day.

if you are only 10 lbs above your goal, you might just want to try going back to basics, low carb, high protein, low fat and exercising regularly.  remember what your good habits were and start working on them-- find a local support group or even try going to weigh****chers.  10 lbs is not a log of weight but if you don't address it right away it could get worse.  good luck.

You don't need a revision. You are a success and you are beautiful!!
Just exercise now.
Let me challenge you here: start out slowly because we don't want to set you up with failure.
Start out walking 30 minutes then increase it by 10 minutes til you are up to one hour walking every day.

Now, this is important also. You need to lift weights. Start out at 2 or 3 pounds and work yourself up to 5 pounds. You don't have to lift heavy weights, this will tone your body.
Work yourself up to 3 sets of doing 16 at each time of lifting weights over your head with both weights in your hands, lifting weights in front of you, keeping your arms against you. Lifting weights at shoulder height pulling into you then over your head.

Do walking lunges for your butt and do some squats.

My doctor says it's normal to gain back 10 to 20 pounds after reaching your goal. Maybe there isn't anything wrong with your pouch. I'll keep you in my thoughts and prayers. I know how it feels to even gain a pound or two. OH, I just remembered my doctor said the majority of the people who gain their weight back are the ones who eat small meals throughout the day. Maybe if you start eating just 3 meals a day it will help. I know all doctors are different and they all have their own opinion but, that is just what my doctor said. Take care sweetie......

Thanks for the thoughts and prayers....

i have been guilty of not exercising, but i'm starting today!!  Walking for 30 minutes.  I'm also going to try going back to 3 meals per day with a small snack between breakfast and lunch and then a snack between lunch and dinner.

Hopefully that will take care of these *******ly 10 lbs!!

You won't qualify for a revision until you are MO all over again.  A 10 lb regain is a wake up call -- so pay attention.,  It's not doomsday at all.
