it depends on what flavor you get.  in the plain there is 23 grams of protein in 1 cup, and then about 12 in 1/2 cup, 6 in 1/4 cup, and then in a tablespoon there is probably about 1 gram of protein.  in a teaspoon there is less than one gram.

Well the kind I get..int the pink container which is plain there is 18g of protien per cup and figure out the rest and in the light blue container there is 17g and that is plain also. I know confusing but one store will have the pink and the other will have blue..but they are both plain chobani greeek yogurt but both different colors and different grams of protein.  I buy the individual ones.

Divide the number of grams of protein in a portion ("serving size" at the top of the nutrition statement) by the number of servings you personally are getting out of that one portion. For example, if an official serving size is 8 ounces and you are eating 4 ounces (2 serings), then divide the number of grams of protein on the nutrition statement by 2. If you are eating 2 ounces, then you are getting 4 servings out of the official serving of 8 ounces, you would divide the number of grams of protein by 4.

227 grams = 8 ounces
1 cup = 8 ounces
1/2 cup = 4 ounces (divide official serving by 2)
1/4 cup = 2 ounces (divide official serving by 4)
1 tablespoon = 1/2 ounce (multiply official serving by 0.5)
3 teaspoon = 1 tablespoon (multiply official serving by 0.16)

Print this out. Now you can do your own calculations.
