Yogurt

OK, personnally I couldn't stand the greek yogurt or the baby food on their own, but I tell you what.  I was told to try to flavor the yogurt, so I thought I'd try the baby food fruits--that was my ticket.

Apples and blueberries with the yogurt did 2 things:
1--flavor improvement so much!!!
2--thinned the yogurt, which I needed for my first level of puree, it was still supposed to go through a straw, and the yogurt was a bit thick.

Hope this helps.

I'm shocked at how many people eat the flavored yogurt... why would you intentionally add all those carbs and sugar?  I am new, but I never eat anything with over 5-7g sugar in a serving.

You can make your plain yogurt taste just as good!  I use 4oz yogurt, a scoop of protein and some sugar-free syrup or jelly or pudding powder and its a huge protein boost that way.   I did it for breakfast today and it was 160 calories, 37g protein, 5g carbs, 5g sugar, 2g fat.

I use Trader Joe's brand.. its cheaper than Fage and just as good.
