I'm tellin y'all...these were TO DIE FOR!!!!

Damn that Hungry Girl 200 under 200 cookbook.  I'm sure you could make substitutions to make them higher protien, less sugar, but these are so good.

1 banana
1TBS peanut Butter (I used organic creamy)
2 TBS Sugar Free Cool Whip (maybe could sub FF cream cheese or ricotta?)

Mix the PB and Cool Whip.  Slice banana and put a small amt of pb mix on top of each slice.  Top with another slice and freeze.  I though they were just as tasty w/out freezing.

I have no idea, but I was just thinking that you could add some protien powder to the pb and coolwhip mix to up the #.  Chocolate protien powder with peanut butter AND cool whip?  Sounds even better.

OMgosh these sound wonderful.  I think I might subsitute PB2 for the organic creamy, that has almost 6 gm. of protein per 2 T, and there is a chocolate/peanut butter PB2, that would be dreamy.  Thanks for the great ideas.  Love the easy ones that you can keep around.
