Sick of protein shakes
It can be done without the protein drinks. I haven't had a protein drink since after the 1st month following surgery since that is when my program has us stop the drinks. I have been getting all my protein from food. Recently I have added in a protein bar because I am doing some serious exercise and needed to up my calories in a good way. My favorite are the Pure Protein bars, Peanut Marshmallow Eclipse and Chocolate Chip. They taste the least protein-y out of everything.

I used to be the same way.. and i only had to do it for 2weeks before surgery.. I started using Zero Carb Isopure..Vanilla.. and mix with some sugar free chocolate syrup. I sometimes add a strawberry or a banana or pineapples.. all fresh.. and I can deal with it.. I got another girl hooked on it.. sometimes you have to make a way out of no-way....
I am GODS child, but still the Devils favorite!!!!
Ahh ok, try using FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFRUIT!
lol, theres a whole assortment of fruit and berries to add to a protein shake.
Try liquid protein 'bullets' (i use New Whey) comes in different fruity flavors.
I love mixing them with lemonade crystal lite.
Try protein soups, those you can find and order online...
Tons of things with protein in them, try going on Atkins.com and look up the food list. Itll show you some better options and tell you the fat and calorie content of them.
