cherries, pineapple and watermelon are my favorite fruits, but they seem to be really sweet... so is it ok for me to eat these foods or not?

i would watch for the natural sugars especially in the  pineapple you can go on calorieking.com and see the nutrition values ive been eating watermelon but like 1 tiny slice a day, pineapple i am scared of i got a little sick off it the 1st time i had it, i added it to a protein shake and it didnt sit too well :(

Watermelon and cherries should be OK, in moderate amounts. But pineapple is on my surgeon's list of "nono foods" due to higher sugar content. DAVE

I'm almost 4 yrs post op and I can only have a few pieces of pineapple and watermelon, the sugar in them don't set well with my tummy.

Many Blessings
