I am so sorry for your loss of your dad and brother.

Thank you Sophia I thought the loss of dad was hard because at the time I had been in the hospital for 15 months and they were not sure I was going to make it so they would not let me go to dads funeral that was hard.  This is much harder because he was a happy healthy boy and it was so tragic.  Renee A.

Oh, sweetie, I am so sorry that that happened to your brother.  It sounds like he was a wonderful young man and a credit to his family.  I will sure be in prayer for your folks - that the Holy Spirit will surround you with His comfort.

God is still in His heaven, but I know your heart hurts.  I hope you're gradually getting better, too - day by day.

I'm so very sorry for your family's loss, Renee. My 23 year old stepbrother was killed in an auto accident almost 13 years ago, and the way you described your brother reminds me so much of Eric. He, too, had his head on straight, his whole life in front of him. His future was so incredibly promising. He was a genius. Had a great job. Big plans. And then, he was gone. I watched my stepmom grieve and it was so horrible for her for years. It still is hard for her. You just never get over the loss of your child. I will say some special prayers for your mom tonight, and for you too. Hugs!

Dear Renee, Sorry to hear about your brother. He sounds like he was one of a kind. Never had siblings,so can't say I know how you feel. But lost both of my parents fairly young. Will keep you and your Mom in my prayers. Sincerely, JoAnn
