I personally do not believe you need (if there even is one) a special cookbook. You'll do better learning as much as you can about real nutrition. My favorite website for that is www.nutritiondata.com. This provides all kinds of useful information plus has excellent visuals that show how each food meets specific nutritional goals. I also recommend going to your local library to find some books on nutrition, then going to Amazon.com and getting your own copy (often you can find used copies dirt cheap). I have a couple, now quite old but useful, that I've highlighted and tabbed for quick reference. Our nutritional needs are not really much different than any truly healthy eating plan. In the early months we need to concentrate a greater percentage of our calories on high quality protein, but we need other healthy foods too.
If you think about eating cleaning and simply, you'll most easily meet your needs. Simple broiled, grilled, baked or sauteed high quality protein, choosing low or non-fat dairy products, low glycemic vegetables and fruits will serve you best. Learn about the great benefits of complex carbs from whole grains, beans and legumes. Every diet needs good fats every day too, and olive or canola oils and (limited) fats from nuts such as walnuts and almonds, and fatty fish such as salmon are good choices.
Just my opinion ....
