I Am A Failure (with links) I'm sorry.

Awww, it sounds like someone was a little upset she, or her site, wasn't getting ALL the attention.  I am HAPPILY in the majority.

While I agree with SM that we should aspire to eat healthier than before, I think that works best if you're a robot.  I  love to eat healthier, and I do...but I also like to eat, occasionally, like a normal person.  If that makes me bad, or evil, or even a failure so be it.

Results speak for themselves, screw the rest.

Don't for one second let her crap get you down.

Woman If your a failure then so are the rest of us. You show more honesty then anyone about this surgury its not all rainbows an kittens.

When I came to this board I wanted to know it all the good the bad the ugly so I could get an idea of where I may fall someday. I read the horror stories I also read all the flower an moonbeams.

I've read of the regain, The losing to much ( being one who did that) The malabsorbtion problems we all face no its not all easy.

But people need to know its not an easy way out its not perfect nothing is. But with help we can all get through it.

You lady are someone I look up to and if I need a swift kick in arse I know I'll get one.

Just keep being you we like you for who you are and wouldnt want nothing less.

OMG, my butt hurts so much now! Owwwww - who tells you about this ahead of time?!

once upon a time I had a group to talk about Binge Eating Disorder, and later one about Clean Eating.

PM me if you are interested in either of these.

I'm glad she's a saint, and only eats good food.  That's keepin' it real.

Some of the food Susan Maria sells on her website
 has too much sodium.

That's not healthy either. She is contributing to heart
and kidney disease.

Those crunchy low carb chips have tons of salt!
And that jerky.Just saying..............

Just because its low carb,  full of protein doesn't mean its healthy .

Read the labels on what these sites sell.
