I know what you mean. I am 450 lds. When I can have a good BM, It's about two inches wide and about a foot and a half long. Rest of the time it's all pellets and  inch wide balls. Constipation is a probem with me. I have a problem just sitting on the toilet. I can braley get my vagina over the opening whan I need to urinate. I have so much fat stored in my vaginal lips hat even urinating is a problem.
