I'm glad you found me. You are what I was looking for Girl. Blunt Reality. I already spent a good part of my life in a fantasy [eating Lard Logs] so I.m trying the face it head on approach. Funny thing is, when you face the fear head on...it backs down!.....whimpy lil' fear
BTW, I grew up North of Boston in Newburyport...but I live 1500 miles away now.

Thanks mm. You have been the most helpful as well as some of the other posts.
I see Carbs to be my main problem also and know that to eliminate all carbs and all fat is impossible.
But I would seriously like to find a site where I could go to get High Protein...Low Fat and yet lower Carb recipes with out resorting to the Lard Roll guy.
