The top number on hers (and mine) is the BMI... the bottom number is the number of pounds LOST, not how much she will weigh.

The ticker calculates it for me.  I have to lose 271 pounds to aquire a BMI of 24.9.  :-)  And yes, I am tall too.  :-)

I can't imagine eating anything from a fast food restaurant over the span of a few days-too much risk of food poisoning even with careful refrigeration. But I agree, you can eat at McD's if you are careful. Not much there appeals to me any more, but I sometimes get the Premium grilled chicken minus the mayo and ask for a honey mustard sauce on the side. The other thing I do get fairly often is the sausage biscuit for breakfast maybe 2 or 3 times a week. Evil but cheap and I tolerate this well for some reason. Part of my effort to stop losing weight. I like their grillled chicken salads, but way too much food for me, and leftover salad is gross.

As a DSer, I am very happy to be able to occasionally indulge one of my pre-op loves -- a Big Mac -- so long as (1) I dispense with at least one of the pieces of bread; and (2) I don't have to worry about who might be subject to my farting later, since their bread is some of the worst crap there is.  But the meat, Special Sauce, cheese -- it's DS health food.

Exactly!!!!  LOVE Big Mac's

currently, as early out as I am, I don't eat any of the bread....still so good~

I even have had a couple of fires now and then...but for sure don't make that a habit!

so totally love my DS!

IMO McDonald's food isn't good enough to be eating over several days. Why not make yourself a cheeseburger at home instead of eating their tasteless crap? Actually, making your own grilled chicken salad isn't that hard either and then you have complete control over the ingredients.

When I find myself at MickyD's (usually due to my kids), I order a grilled chicken snack wrap and eat around the tortilla. But my normal modus operandi is to talk them out of it and go somewhere with tasty food.
