Fage Yogurt

I use fage just like if it was sour cream. I make turkey/chicken/beef /vegetarian patties with melted cheese, salsa, and I top it with a little fage yummmmmy!
I also will add it to my protein shakes to up the protein without carbs or fat ( fat free fage).
I also like to mix fage with sugar free jello in any flavor it's good.
