I've been on this protein from the get go and it's good! Not too pricey and definitely not too sweet! It comes in both chocolate and Vanilla, although I've only had the chocolate. Costco also carries muscle milk light and and another powered whey protein (All very nicely priced).

I have been drinking these - was using the Muscle Milk Lite.  These are even better!  I always mix mine in a 20 oz drinking container with skim milk and a few ice cubes.  I have it for b-fast every day.

I just found these at Costco this weekend and I LOVE them. I had been choking down my Protein from a powder I bought at GNC. I was miserable. Plus it is so messy to clean.

I ENJOY this RTD! It tastes smooth, almost like chocolate milk. I only wi**** came in another flavor as I get sick of chocolate chocolate chocolate.

I personally think these tast MUCH better than Muscle Milk. Costco also carries the Muscle Milk Light, but these were a better price so I thought I would try them. So glad I did!

A case of 18 only cost $24.99. Can't beat that!

Edited to Add: I am lactose intolerant... and these do not bother me. Granted I have only been drinking them the past three mornings, but so far so good on the lactose front.

I know what you mean about the chocolate drinks...
But - I also mix them with coffee - decaf or regular (if you drink it).
I make strong coffee using instant coffee- add the protein, a few cubes of ice - and you have a great iced coffee flavor.  If you like coffee.  adding a bit of flavoring (sf torani - or just the flavor drops ) change a bit the taste... At least it smells better.
I am sure that the muscle milk is lactose free but the other one- they do not state that.
Just make sure you shake them really good before you open the package - since it has more protein - it tends to settle at the bottom a bit.

Hi,
Thanks for the info.  How do you know the protein drink has Splenda in it?

Thanks!

I always look at ingredients list: splends generic name is "Sucralose" of you see that in list of ingredients - you know it is there. They will not tell you how much, just that is there.

I do not buy anything, and i mean ANYTHING that I have not check the ingredients. i may still choose the food - but at least i am aware what is in it - the fine print made me not to buy some products in the past; i.e I react to high fructose corn syrup and to sucrose (sugar) - so even if the label say: 5 gr of sugar - but it come from corn syrup or sucrose- i most likely may get sick on it.  Fruit juice, milk, - I can handle close to 9-10 gr of sugar per serving as long as the product has high protein and some fat.
