Friday Coffee Talk
Good morning. I hope you all had a wonderful and blessed Christmas and that you slept good last night. I know I did. I got some awesome rest yesterday.
Our challenge today is to just REST! You've ran trying to finish up everything for Christmas and you've cooked for Christmas day and even drove to spend time with family. It is hard to just relax but today, let it be YOUR day of rest.
So, who's up? What cha sipping on? I'm enjoying some awesome Swiss Colony Hazelnut coffee. It sure is good.

Good morning Randall.
I'm resting before going out on the icy roads we have in Illinois today. There are multiple car crashes and I'm scared of icy roads. I have to work today but can go in later this morning.
I pray that you got your blood sugar under control. I read your post from the Alabama board, and reported the one response you got that was totally inappropriate. I asked OH to remove it as it was offensive. I see that it was removed and thank OH staff for doing just that.
I bet you had a very blessed Christmas with Lucy and the kids. Say Hi to Lucy for me.

Good morning! I just read some of your story and you are very inspiring! I love your message today as I was thinking the same exact thing- can't wait to just REST and take care of me today! After my 4 year old son of course! So nice the hustle and bustle is over and we can just enjoy family time and no deadlines.
I am sipping my new favorite coffee, Donut Shop by the Coffee People- soooo good.
I dont know if this counts as rest but I am off to Crate and Barrell with the rest of the nuts!

MERRY DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS!!!!
YESTERDAY WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME, I RODE MY NEW BIKE WITH MY DH AND MY NEICES AND NEPHEWS.(WOULDN'T HAVE DONE THAT 6 MONTHS AGO). ENJOYED THE COMPANY OF MY FAMILY AND HAD A GREAT little MEAL.
SITTING HERE HAVING A PROTEIN COFFEE MADE WITH THE FRESH MARKETS DECAF CHRISTMAS BLEND AND NECTAR CAPPUCINO PROTEIN. MMMMMM GGOOOODD!!!
