I love it for protein shakes! Yummy! And I have even added water to it and spread it on a graham cracker for a yummy snack. However, today I added some to Fage yogurt and a squirt of SF chocolate syrup and I could not even CHOKE the stuff down. Live and learn! lol

I have mixed a scoop of PB2 with a packet of NSA Carnation Instant Breakfast, half a banana, a handful of ice, a cup of 1% milk, and blended it all up in the blender.  It was a yummy stand-in for a peanut butter chocolate milk shake!

My favorite use is this:  mix 1 teaspoon PB2 with 1 packet Weight Control banana bread oatmeal, 2/3 c. skim milk, 1/2 banana (chopped) and Splenda to taste (I use 3 packets - I like it sweet).  Nuke for 1 min + 30 seconds.

I also add 1 teaspoon of PB2 to 4 oz of prepared SF chocolate pudding.

I just tried it yesterday on a graham cracker.  It was really good.  One of my sisters makes her version of No Bake Cookies with it.  She makes it into a spread - just like peanut butter.  Then she mixes that w/ quick oats (not the ind packet kind), dark cocoa, splenda and enough water  so that it can be shaped like No Bake Cookies.  She puts them on wax paper and sets them in the freezer for just a bit.  She isn't a WLS patient, so she doesn't add extra protein.  I plan on making them but adding some unflavored Unjury or substiting chocolate Unjury for the dark cocoa.

The no-bake cookies sound awesome!  Please post the recipe if you do make them WLS-friendly!

I like PB2 mixed with a little SF maple syrup and spread on a piece of ww toast.

PB2 mixed into SF KoolWhip, put in a ramekin, drizzle SF chocolate syrup over top and freeze.  Tastes just like frozen PB pie.
