Multivitamin Info -- Detailed info on Flintstones, Optisource, and Centrum EDITED
Andrea, THANK YOU!
I think the message that I have to be proactive is one I'm hearing loud and clearly.
Now -- you've done enough work. I'm trying to build some kind of spreadsheet or database so I can track everything (labs, intake of supplements and primary source foods, e.g. dairy, etc.) and anything else that seems relevant. This is for the rest of my life, so I figured I'd try.
Still, not wanting to reinvent the wheel here -- has anyone developed a spreadsheet that works for them? Something I could tweak? I'd be grateful!

Feel free to do what I did: Do your own research.
I'll even include a link for you: http://www.iom.edu/Object.File/Master/21/372/0.pdf
That's a government-created file for you to check all the info out for yourself.

Well actually the ASMBS Nutritional recommendations document reads "200% of daily value*" for RYGB (Table 5, p.S79), NOT 100% (although the note that the * refers to reads "*A high-potency multi-vit containing 100% of dv for at least 2/3 of nutrients." I don't know if anyone else mentioned that, (I'm trying to navigate this site on my BlackBerry which really sucks!). But then it really doesn't say what the "nutrients" are that we need at least 2/3 of, and not being a Dietician, I'm really having a bit of trouble finding exactly what that is so I can compare chewables.
