AWE-mazing! No such thing as vanity postop, IMHO. You've practiced years of self neglect, it's only natural to practice a little self indulgence after all the hard work.
Btw, do you mind if I ask what you did/do for exercise? Your skin and muscle tone look fantastic for such a huge loss in such a short time. I would welcome any advice or suggestions.

Thank you, I guess I had never seen it from that p.o.v. I guess I do deserve this little bit of self indulgence. hehe
As for excercise, I do 30 minutes of bicycle and 30 minutes of eleptical. I tried to do some hard core bootcamp in the beggining, but that only sent me to rehab. Since then my therapist told me to take it easy and to do the excercises I am doing now........buut alot of my excercising just comes from dancing, especially in my heals somehow that helps my calves.

Wow you look marvelous! I can not believe what you have been able to accomplish in 5 months.
I am 1 month + 1week out and started at 303, I have lost 44lbs so far. I want to do as well as you have done. I was going to ask about your exercise too. Do you go to the gym to ride the bike and do the other items? I am trying to figure out what to do besides my walking.

I really wish you the best with your journey. It's seems like you're right on track, that is about how much I lost that far out too, actually you might have lost a little more than I did.
As for exercise I do go to a gym, but not every day. I go maybe 4 or 5 times a day. Oh another favorite thing to do is walk the mall. I hardly spend any time at home, and when I have free time I am spending it at the mall. Not necisarily (sp?) buying anything but just walking around, I just love it.
