Hello, my favorite "group of losers"!  Late again, no matter how hard I try to post earlier. 

To those of you who don't feel well, I'm thinking of you and saying prayers for you.  I hope Sunday is better for you! And to everyone who rocked it today, congratulations!

Hubby and I went to my cousin's 50th birthday party; it was my first big debut in front of my cousins, aunts & uncles, and other friends I don't see very often.  They were all so complimentary; it was really what I needed this week and it made me feel so good.  I had a goal of losing 75 pounds by now; and I am so close...74.3 off. 

Tara & Gina...I had about eight sips of a margarita; I didn't dump. Yay! It tasted so good...but I won't make a habit of it.

Saturday's Proteins:

Breakfast: Protein Shake Made With Milk, Fresh Peaches, 1/2 Cup Cheerios

Lunch:  Leftover---1/2 Cup "Applebee's" Shrimp & Spinach Salad+ 1/8 Cup Grated 2% Cheddar Cheese, 1/8 Cup Sliced Almonds

Supper:  Few Tiny Bites Of Refried Beans, Shredded Lettuce With Tomatoes & Grated Cheese, Grilled Chicken With Fajita Seasoning (at a party...chicken stuck in my throat and was afraid I would get sick in front of everyone)

Later Supper (after party): 1/2 Wendy's Chili, 1 Liv Activ 2% Marbled Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese Stick (yummy), 1 Tbsp. Chow Chow, 2 Crackers

Snack:  1 Jello Pudding, 1/4 Cup Unsalted Cashews

Water: 4 Bottles  (16.9 oz. each)

Total Proteins:  82.87 (Suggested Goal Per Day: 68-86 Grams)

Workout: 1 Hour-Swimming (20 Laps) + 20 Minutes Light Aquatic Cardio

You are sooo lucky you didn't dump. I was in a bad way and I was out with the girls so it didn't help. Hate to say it but went to dinner last night with my husband and had a beer. It sat pretty nicely. But like you said I will not make a habit of it. Take care and enjoy the rest of your weekend.
