Watcha Eating Today Early Outs?

Well Hello Friends, hoping everyone is having a relaxing and enjoyable weekend.  Talked to Lish today and was talking about how I haven't lost weight in I think over two weeks and ZAP, after my shower jumped (well slowly placed myself) upon the scale and lost another 2 lbs.  A number I haven't seen in many, many years.
As a precursor to what I ate today, I am getting my TOM and have been noshing instead of mealing. 
B:  A few peanuts and raisins.  1/2 serving of 100 cal. right bites with 1 c. skim milk.
L:  1 oz. of sunchips, 1/4 of the top of a South Beach buffalo chicken pizza
D:  4 oz of cottage cheese and pineapple
S:  sf popsicles and maybe just a little popcorn at the movies

So, everyone, how are you doing?  I am so looking forward to hearing from you all.  Mucho luv from here to there.  Gina  :  )

Hey Gina, and I hope everyone is doin good this weekend!!!
  I Dumped hard this morning, on my protein shake. But I think it was my own fault cuz I decided to add some peanut butter for more protein and I believe I added too much. Man, I thought my heart was gonna jump out of my chest, I dry heaved then made myself stop cuz Iz scared of hurting fred (pouch), started sippin some really cold water and then layed down for about 1/2 hour. I am gonna wait awhile till I try that one again!!
  B: protein shake w/ pb- never again
  S: No Way
  L: 2 Tbls. of scrambled egg w/ cheese
  S: popsicle
  D:  1/2 cup diced chicken with diced tofu soup-concocted it myself
  S: SF vanilla pudding
 water- check
vits- yuck but check
exercise- will be check

Awwwwweeee Becky so sorry to hear you dumped and more sorry to hear it is on PB.  I know there is low sugar pb and I have heard of people here on this site use PB2 if you google it you can order it.  I think it comes in a powder form but I've heard some really like it.  I hope you feel better.  Take care tonight get some rest and have a better tomorrow.  Gina  :  )

Well now that I'm starting to eat again I guess it's time to start posting again :)  We leave for North Carolina tomorrow for a week.  I'm taking stuff to eat on the way incase there just isn't anywhere I can or want to eat.  We'll be there until friday.  Yay!


Breakfast: Turkey Bacon
Lunch:  1/4th of a piece of low carb wrap with a lil bit of pizza sauce on it
Dinner:  Some Grilled chicken salad from Wendy's (this thing could last me a week)
Might have some NSA DIlly bar from DQ or just drink the night away and chew on ice lol.  By drink I don't mean the kind that requires an ID to do :P

Oh forgot to add during whole kidney stone thing I dumped for the first time.  I dumped on liquid lortabs.  So far that's all I've dumped on.  I've not really ate anything that would make me dump so not sure if I'm a dumper or just my body doesn't like that stuff.

Hey guys - what a rough day. We went to the zoo yesterday and I was wore out because I could not eat - -ill stomach all day and even threw up crackers. yuk. so was today better??? nope sadly no. I have had water water and herbal tea today. tried a piece of meat - threw up. tried a protein drink - that came up too. so water...water works. i am going to the Doctor on monday so. whew. I hope I can deal with water till monday because the doc said the option was the ER where she would admit me. crap

Hey Faith, I am getting worried about you.  Maybe you should go to the ER.  It sounds like you may have a stricture.  From what I understand that is easily solved but dangerous if not fixed in a timely matter.  Oh Faith I am sorry you are going through this.  Hang in there.  Make sure you let us know what is going on too.  Gina  :  )     MANY {{{{{{{HUGS}}}}}
