When it is done you can flake it with a fork. It really takes no time at all. That is why it is important to keep an eye on it, it cooks very fast. This is hard for me because I love to throw something on the stove and then go do something else waiting for the food to cook!

Good question!  I cooked it for 15 minutes at 425 an it was a little overcooked.  They were very small pieces, so I think I pretty much ruined it.  Still tasted better than the tilapia though. LOL  I read online just afterward that 325-350 is the temp to cook it at. OOPS.

I just do 3-5 minutes under the "LOW" setting on my broiler per side.
