Penalized for USING insurance!

Sadly, it is legal.  I am totally in agreement about voting in November.  Double check the candidates as far as "universal health care".  It may not be the Canadian version of govt. run health care at all.  Rather, it is supposedly access to health care at affordable costs OR the other candidate that wants to keep the market based system we currently have.  Our health care system is broken.  In a country with all the advantages of the US, this is unacceptable.
