Watcha Eating Today Early Outs??

When do you get to have the rest of the foods?  I don't really have any restrictions other than no protein shakes or rice or pasta or white bread.  She just wants me to limit carbs.  I'm sorry you're having a rough time.  If it makes you feel better when I was 1 month out, I went through  a similar thing where I was bummed and missing food and wanting to gorge myself on ANYTHING.  I got through it and you will too!  Good luck.

I think that my diet will be very limited until I'm at goal wt. Started at 264 and goal is 140. Have lost 29 so far. Happy with the progress but eating is getting hard and boring. The only thing that gets added is more types of fish. Don't like fish much and hate cottage cheese. My carbs are limited to 15per day. An apple has 25!!  I'll be glad when I can have some salad, then I'll be able to make wraps out of lettuce for sandwiches.

you guys are just a few months behind me - as I had surgery 1/30/08.,,,,and so help me I was not active. I am loving it though.I just got back from this mornings water aerobics class. i plan on mowing the back yard today and weed wacking front and back. I will either take a walk in the park today around the lake (that is 2 miles) or since it is 90+ degrees today I may go to the mall to walk which is tuff cause I am really fighting a shopping addiction - something that I want to do since I can get smaller clothes and it is so exciting ang fun - you will get to this phase too. I am pulling for you!
