Watcha Eating Today Early Outs??
Hey everyone! Lisha and I are both doing the Whatcha eatin' thread today, so since she's gone, I will be replying! B: 1/4 cup of Kashi protein cereal w/ 1/4 cup of dannon light and fit yogurt L: 1/4 cup of cottage cheese D: 1 oz of hoffy lowfat hotdog w/ 1/4 cup of turkey chili and some cheese Snacks: 1/2 of a protein bar (I dumped) Does anyone mix their cereal with anything other than milk or yogurt? Just trying to get some ideas!
Hello Early outs. I'm kind of discouraged today. I'm wondering if i'll ever do well eating out. Last week was my first lunch out. Ate at chilli's. Had the kids meal - grilled chicken breast and wanted green beans but they only had broccolli. Well the broccolli made me dump. Had diarehea for 2 days with cramps.Then this past sat. went to cracker barrel and had kids meal of the same. Turns out the ckicken had a small amout of terriaki sauce. Dumped again lasted 2 days. The only way to explain how it feels is that it's like feeling hung over. No energy, no appetite, nausea and diarehea. I know I have not gotten my fluids in. Eating has been a real struggle and getting med's and vit's in also a struggle. I read what many of you are eating and I'm not allowed many of the food's I'm seeing. Can't have any fruits, only 15 carbs per day, no milk or breads, pasta's ect. No beef. Diet is extremly limited. Eggs,cheese's, fish, yogurt. Breakfast, 1 egg, 1pc turkey bacon. low carb yogurt. Lunch 3/4 boca burger with 1 tsp cheese with 1tbs of 1 carb ketchup. Could not fini**** Dinner had 3 oz shrimp and 4oz sf. jello. I see my Dr and nut. this thurs. It's been a tough week. Next mon. I go back to work. I'm a letter carrier and out in the heat all day. I'm worried that with the 4 to 6 hundred cal per. day I'll get week. Not allowed to snack, and having episodes of mourning food . I know that's normal but I'm so tired of what I'm eating. Thanks for letting me rant and rave. Michele
