Watcha Eating Today Early Outs??

Happy Monday!  Gina is in Carson City until tomorrow.  We miss her!  I hope y'all are having a great day!  I worked out w/my trainer today and he pushed me so hard and I pushed myself even harder and I got very nauseas!  It has taken a good hour for me to come down from it.  I had to cool down and rehydrate.  I heaved for a bit but had nothing in my stomach.  I have my weekly support group right now and I am going to be late.  I need to eat some string cheese & crackers to get some calories in my system.  I just ate 3 sf popsicles that really brought my temp. down.  Oh yeah my vitamins were easier to take today!  Yeah!!!  I will post my food after my support group! Hey gonna make this quick bc family's dinner is ready and I need to get it to them. B: SMoothie w/ vanilla protein, 1/3 c fage, 1/3 c strawberries, and crystal light sunrise. Wow, your protein shake looks delish!  I wish my surgeon would allow them...  I wonder how it would be without the protein?

It's great both ways. I can't believe your surgeon won't let you have protein shakes, I thought protein/protein shakes were a cornerstone of this surgery! I guess they all have their own styles. I wish mine didn't make us, I hate them! LOL Although, the smoothie above makes it entirely tollerable. I could eat those 5 times a day lol.

I wish he would not worry about it.  I don't like to eat and would rather just drink.  I don't see the problem, but he does. :(

Thanks Lisa!  I am feeling better.  I sipped on an atkins chocolate shake during my support group.

What did you roll the turkey and cheese up in?  That sounds good.  I'm ready to have something with my meat and cheese!

I just rolled it in inself.   A piece of turkey with a piece of cheese on top melt it for about 20 seconds in the micro and then roll it up.  Tastes good and lots of protein.

Good evening ladies! B= Nectar protein shake L= Egg salad with lt mayo D- Tiny bit of chicken, little steamed broccoli Might have another protein shake before bed because not sure that I got enough. Went to the gym tonight 15 min on bike, 15 min walking, and 30 min strength training. Feeling good....
