Watcha Eating Today Early Outs??
Happy Monday! Gina is in Carson City until tomorrow. We miss her! I hope y'all are having a great day! I worked out w/my trainer today and he pushed me so hard and I pushed myself even harder and I got very nauseas! It has taken a good hour for me to come down from it. I had to cool down and rehydrate. I heaved for a bit but had nothing in my stomach. I have my weekly support group right now and I am going to be late. I need to eat some string cheese & crackers to get some calories in my system. I just ate 3 sf popsicles that really brought my temp. down. Oh yeah my vitamins were easier to take today! Yeah!!!

Hey gonna make this quick bc family's dinner is ready and I need to get it to them. B: SMoothie w/ vanilla protein, 1/3 c fage, 1/3 c strawberries, and crystal light sunrise. It's great both ways. I can't believe your surgeon won't let you have protein shakes, I thought protein/protein shakes were a cornerstone of this surgery! I guess they all have their own styles. I wish mine didn't make us, I hate them! LOL Although, the smoothie above makes it entirely tollerable. I could eat those 5 times a day lol.

Might have another protein shake before bed because not sure that I got enough. Went to the gym tonight 15 min on bike, 15 min walking, and 30 min strength training. Feeling good....
