Brookhaven Obesity Clinic--WTF!!!!!!!!

I don't know why people get all upset over the comments "It's the easy way out" and "It's the quick way to lose weight". First off, why does everything we do in life have to be the hard way in order for it to be the best way? I'm a hard worker, not lazy by any means, but if this were the easy way to lose weight I wouldn't be ashamed of that or upset. I just want the EFFECTIVE way of losing weight,...easy or not! And is this the quick way to lose weight? Hell ya! How often do you hear of people losing 100 pounds in 10 months with other weight loss programs? Am I taking the easy way out with wls? Yes. It's easier for me than going on another diet, regaining the weight, losing it again etc. I'm not ashamed that I'm taking the easier way for me. I consider that smart. I also stopped doing my laundry on a washboard down by the creek.  And I need quick weight loss. I'm suffering too much physically to wait 2-3 years to lose 100 pounds. I see no need to do this the slow way. Who wants that? I think people feel insulted by these comments when there isn't really any reason to be. What does it matter if someone says those things?

   That show disgusts me, it simply functions as a money sucking vacuum for Medicare and Medicaid. It seems that most of the residents are on financial aide either Welfare or Social Security Disability. The longer they need to stay there for no weight loss the better for the facility.     There is a much better chance that they will get paid from Government Ins then regular ins companies who in most cases are anti WL anything. So think about it our taxes are keeping this place that exploits Obese People in business.      I wonder if he ran a drug or alchol treatment facilty if he would have a crack dealer in the parking lot or maybe Happy Hour. It is vile how this facility exploits the SMO...but occasionally Richard Simmons comes in and helps them exploit t em
