0 carb,0 cal,0 sugar !!!!

Hello wls family, just wanted to share with all of you a web site that offers all 0 carb,0 sugar ,and 0 cal items. Some of their products are found in grocery stores but you really have to hunt for them. Most stores will also order the product for you. I have found some in the pharmacy area of all places. Anyway... It is products by Walden Farms. They have many salad drsgs, syrups, sauces, mayo, ketchup, peanut spread, jelly's. It's awsome. check out ... waldenfarms.com. I just ordered 8 of their products and will bring them to my grocer's to see if they can keep them in stock. All their products are 3.99. I'ts a bumer that things are so expensive to eat well. But what isn't going up in prices now adays. Hope this brings smiles to some of you!!!  Just think... Calorie free Peanut butter,,, I'm in heaven now...Michele

The peanut butter, fruit spreads, and dips aren't very good. But I really like the dressings. The balsamic vinagrette is great!

You know, I thought this was great until I read an article ... Fat actually helps us absorb nutrients.   Personally, I will stick to good old fashioned peanut butter ... It's very heart healthy and yummy too! Annette

If you ate a peanut butter and jelly sandwich it would be 880 calories.  That is alot.  i will stick to reg but its worth the try.

I think that's pushing it to say that a PB and jelly sandwich is 880 calories.  You must really load the sandwich with the fixin's.  I can only eat half of a sandwich anyway ... I'll usually just have one slice of toast with some PB and SF jam.  Yum! Annette
