Hi Gina, Lindora is one of those weight loss companies, i don't go there or anything, but they sell their products in our local Rite Aid store.  The soy puffs are about 100 calories for the package and 15 grams of protein, like 2 grams of sugar and maybe 2 carbs, same with the drink i like...  you may be able to purchase the products on line too.  Thanks, Michelle
