Need Soft Food Recipes

I officially start soft foods next week, so I know what you mean!  I've been trying really hard to cook more healthfully for my family, so I usually take whatever I've made for them - pot roast, tacos, chili - and put 1/4 cup of the protein along with a spoonful or so of the veggie and enough broth or tomato juice to make it moist and pulse in my food processor for a few seconds until it's pretty finely ground - I figure I'll keep doing that, but gradually work to less-finely ground.  Taco meat (I've used them all - chicken, beef & pork), refried beans and salsa are one of my favorite combinations.  I have a super picky daughter who only likes super-tender meats, so I already cook that way for her.  I've been making a type of egg salad too - chopped hard boiled egg, a teeny dab of dill dip, and teaspoon or so of whipped light cream cheese - I process this pretty finely right now, but will move on to chunkier style.  What I've heard from others is to go slow, don't try to go from junior baby food to sirloin steak overnight!  Good Luck!
