Ok, call me cheese...cuz the cheese stands alone.  I like bag #2

I'm leaning towards #2.  It's hard to see from the photo, but the stitching on the side is it's best feature, giving it a kind of "biker/edgy" look.  I was too lazy to dig the interweb to post the photo that would have showed it more.  I'm leaning towards it also, because it's bigger and I need room to put my chit, and my other D&B is a drawstring too.  I can't afford to get many so I must diversify!  But, in the end, I'd be happy with either.

I just think it looks 'cleaner' or neater or something....the drawstring looks messy to me...which is weird, cuz I'm a slob....lol

I like both!!   I'm partial to the 2nd one....I have a Kenneth Cole that looks very similar (pd $4 for it)!!!!  Only thing I don't like about it is, its too small.  So that is why I kinda like the first one!  Bigger, more room for a bigger kitchen sink! Heck, go for both!!!

There are never any problems, only solutions.  quoted by a dear and special friend!!!

Okay, I have to confess, I'm out of my league here. I have one purse I use day in and day out - and it looks it! I got it at LL Bean because I was big and had a water bottle holder on the outside. I will still weigh in with an opinion, though. Definitely the first one!

I vote for number one. I LOVE D&B!!!! My hubby even looks at the new styles now, but he will never carry mine.  I am bad, I have 6. SSSsssssshhhhhhhh! I sound like an addict. My friend Tanya got me started and there is NO LOOKING BACK!  Definately #1....  have fun shopping.... did you see the white patten leather, limited edition that came out before Christmas....it was a large bag and about $595.00. Phew... glad I don't like a white bag. he he

I'm glad I didn't see it, $595 is a lotta sushi dinners.   I do like the white and off white bags out now.

I like D&B because many of their styles don't emblazon their name all over them.  The name plate is pretty small on these bags.  I want something that looks good, I'm not interested in advertising for them.   In fact, I didn't even mention what kind of bags these were.  You ladies are pretty savvy.
