BEFORE and AFTER PICS--In my underwear, yikes -- I may delete this post later!!
Well, here I am. Happy to be rid of the granny panties. Glad to see my collar bones and even that I have any bones at all, LOL...
I am one week away from 15 months out, no problems. I usually don't dump, but have gotten sick a couple of times. I never eat much of anything. I really can not fit much into my pouch--I have to eat frequently.
I'm two weeks out from a tummy tuck and the incision is hidden by my underwear. I also had a little lipo on my inner and outer thighs and knees. I'm not sure if I can tell the difference there--they told me not to judge it for six weeks.
I am at my high school weight, but look smaller than when I was in high school. I'm size XS or size 0/2. I have never been smaller than an 8 in my pre-wls life. I started out at 231 and now I'm 130.
I don't do much cardio, but I'm very into weightlifting and situps, squats, etc. That sure does get your heart up. I also like to hike, but don't get to do it as much as I'd like--spring is now here though!
I've always been a walker, and I never ran in my life--I'm thinking about giving it a try. I can't wait to get my bike out of my garage!
Well, here I am in all my glory...I'm going to put the larger size pic on my blog, but only so people on my friends list can see it--I don't want my neighbors to see me in my underwear, LOL...so if you wanna' see it big, please add me to your friends list! I may delete the contents of this post in a few days, because I don't want this pic "out there" LOL
It is embarassing for me, but I know it will help many to see the miracle of weight loss surgery!!
