I was able to go to the gym early and then walked with Rocky, but then later in the day it was like a sci fi movie!!! It rained, sleeted, hailed, snowed the biggest flakes I have ever seen. But.....while it was snowing it was thundering and lightning...ok. I hear twilight zone music
I am taking the day off
Let's do some exercises on the one part of our body we love to hate....our butt! Baby got back!!!
Glutes
Squats

Lunges

Take an exercise band and tie it and place it around your ankles..do side steps

I moved it and according to the scales this morning I losed it too.... at least 4 lbs of it LOL
I did 45 mins on the Dreadmill again.... once that gets too easy I'm going to need to find more time....
There's a big park near my new place, with lots of walking trails, but it's always packed during the afternoons/evenings and I'm afraid to try it at 3 in the morning.... I'm just going to have to get over my self-consciousness and go do it.....

Go when there are a lot of people. Put your ipod tunes on, put that head in the wind and go for it.... You will be surprised.. people may be looking but they will be thinking YOU GO GIRL

Yes - aI went to the gym and spent 30 on treadmill runing 6 min s now. I am so proud of the running- didn't think I could ever run but i will keep building on the running. spent 15 min on epcipal how ever you spell it-that is a leg burner! Did some sit ups and 20 or so on the bike. I am kicking up my excerise program. Going in the morning for a personal training session hope that really kicks me in the butt!!!!!
