HI KATHY,        WELL I DIDN'T DIE!!!BUT THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO!!!!! DIDN'T FEEL GOOD FOR OVER 2 WEEKS.BUT BACK AT IT NOW.SO I'VE MISSED THE FUN STUFF BUT I'M WALKING ALOT AT WORK!!!!!STILL DOING TO JOBS 3DAYS A WEEK.I DID GO HORSEBACK RIDING LAST SUN. HAD A GREAT TIME.WHAT HAPPEN TO LITTLE ROCKY???????WILL TRY TO KEEP IN TOUCH MORE.                       BYE,                         LEHIGH

Hi Kathy,  Thanks for the demo links , I always wonder if I am doing the exercises correctly. I've been concentrating on upper body and unfortunately hurt my shoulder ( don't know how). So... I need to be very careful and the video's help! Kathy- This is a bit OT.  I have been running on the TM at the gym and I am relaly enjoying it!  A couple of weeks ago I ran 2 miles as part of a fundraiser.  A friend wants me to run a half marathon in the fall.  Do you know of a good web site that can take me through the training for this? Thanks!
