I moved... I moved... I moved!!!!
Yup went to the gym and did my interval training on the TM and then a full upper body..
Switched it up a bit and pumped it up too and am feeling like my old self again!!!
Whatever I had it goin' I do feel better!

Did you see the post from yesterday? It was the biceps, which is the upper half of your arms. And the back of your arms is the triceps....do the exercises I posted today and it will help. Keep in mind you can exercise all you want but if you are dealing with skin nothing will make it super tight.. but everything will help
