Yep, thats right, 93.8!?! And my blood pressure was 90/60, which it was 2 weeks ago at another dr appt. Is this normal? I mean, the Dr didnt say anything, or maybe she didnt even look, who knows. But I know that the nurse made a comment about it, but I forgot to ask the Dr what she thought....SO...what do you all think? Normal? FYI...on that last appt my temp was 95.3. Angelic

95.3 is ok... 93.8... NO... I would say there thingy is broken!  LOL  Obviously your doctor didnt look at it. I work in the hospital in ICU to boot.. never see that low of a temp except on a dead patient. Blood pressure is a little low... maybe your dehydrated a little.. but not bad.. Mine runs.. 102/60,,,

Did you drink anything cold just before they took your temp.? Otherwise it must of be broke. Amy

No cold drinks, just my cold self (I live in Vancouver, WA!) Seriously, I hold the digital thermometer (sp) in my mouth myself (this is what the nurse always has me do), while the rest of the thingy sits right beside me, thats how I always know what it reads as. As I have been getting thinner (I am 113lbs now), my blood pressure has been going down, so I figure that must be it. Angelic

If you had just had a SF mint, or gum it could cause the temp to be down. I personally have a very low temperature normally. I know if my temp reaches 98.6, that I am really sick.

Mine runs 97.3...the worst part of the low temperature is no one seems to believe you when you tell them you are running a temp.  They look and say it is normal....

Low body temperature can be a sign of low thyroid -- you might want to get your thyroid checked. When I was hypothyroid I would get morning temps in the 93-94 range.
