GNC - Return Policy???

Does anyone know what the return policy is at GNC?  I bought protein there and I do not like it - was wondering if it could be returned.

I was told if I didn't like it, I could return it for a full refund or exchange. HOWEVER, I had to have my receipt. I taped it to the container just in case. May I ask what kind you didn't like? I can't handle Pro-Performance Delicious Strawberry. I am going to try to Isopure. I am going there today as a matter of fact! :) Good luck!

I'm pretty sure I have my receipt - it's the Designer Whey (choc and vanilla).

I was wondering if this is just me or what I bought that isopure drink its 40 grm of protein the tripical fruit flavor anyway after drinking it yesterday i got this horrible case of i guess drymouth if felt as if i had a sore throat for about an hour had to drink a lot of water to make it go away. I was trying out different protein drinks before my surgery.

I'm not sure. I have never had it. I have a friend that swears by it though. I know you have to drink it cold. Did you have any other flavors?

 no  but i'm gonna try mellon flavor tomorrow and see how it goes

POLICY

In order to better serve our customers, a Cash Refund and Exchange Refund policy has been established. Customers can return their purchase with a valid sales receipt and a valid photo ID within 30 days from the date or purchase.

Cash Refunds: Cash refunds are given on product purchased with cash and brought back, used or unused, within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid sales receipt and a valid photo ID within 30 days from the date or purchase.

Exchanges: If the customer returns non-opened, used or opened product, an exchange will be offered based on the amount paid (as shown on the sales receipt or GNC.com packing slip).

In the absence of a sales receipt or GNC.com packing slip an exchange will be offered on any GNC brand product based on the lowest sale price within the last 60 days and a 20% GNC Gold Card discount. If a product was on sale Buy One, Get One 50% off within the last 60 days and only one product is returned, the exchange would be equal to 50% of the regular retail price and a 20% GNC Gold Card discount.

Note: The 20% less than current store sales price is offered due to the GNC Gold Card discount.

Exchanges will be offered on GNC brand products within 30 days from the purchase date with or without a sales receipt.

No exchanges or refunds will be given on non-GNC brand items unless they are accompanied with a valid sales receipt.

I haven't found anything really that I can tolerate as far as protein powders, etc and so I've had to return things a couple times and have never gotten any type of attitude or anything.

Designer Whey Chocolate is my favorite!  Ice, milk, scoop of powder, blended really well is like a chocolate milk shake!

i just went to gnc on my lunch break, and 4 of my co-workers, we just made the stocks go up in sales lol - anyway i bought the designer whey vanilla, hoping to use it as a base to  make some of eggface's shakes, i HATE protien shakes, but have to use them because only getting 30-35 grams a day with food alone....to answer your question as long as you have the reciept you can return 30 days, store credit or full refund. did you not like the taste of the designer whey?
