WLS cookbook
As I was doing my Christmas shopping at Barnes and Noble I noticed all the cookbooks out there. I looked at the diabetic dessert cook book, and could not believe they all contained sugar! An idea struck me, but I need some direction. There was no cook book for post WLS. Is there legal issues in writing/publishing such a book? I was thinking about getting one together. I would include a whole section on protein drinks alone. What do you think? There is so many of us, and I think it would be great to share recipes we come up with, and I would get it all together. If you were to send me recipes, I would include your name on it, What do you all think?

Capricious; Impulsive, Semi-Predictable
I have Dick Stucki's book. He is a chef, and also had GBS, I think he lost about 400 pounds. I have heard him talk quite a few times at support group meetings at St Marks Hospital in SLCity, Utah.
He knows what he's talking about and has some great ideas.
