Valentine's Day Mini-Challenge Starting NOW!!

I would like to join the challenge as well!  How fun! & I could use this as I get closer to goal! My highest/presurgery weight was 274 Surgery was March 8, 2007 My goal weight is 153 for the challenge Will post my weight on the 1st I am looking forward to having a buddy! Noralee

I would love to jump start my weight loss again.  I have had a horrible past 2 months.  I think a change is in order and it is a good one for me. Surg date: 5-2-2006 highest weight: 290 pre-op weight: 272 current weight: 232.5 (I hate holiday cookies, stress and no support) goal weight: 210#.  I hope that is not too much I would like to see onederland but I think that is a far cry for Valentine's day. I would like to be a buddy as well as have a few buddies.  I am online everyday if not 3 times a day so it will be nice to talk to someone.  Have a happy New Year. It is snowing like crazy in Michigan right now.  I think at least 2 inces on the ground already.

I have a buddy but I can always use more than one! Now anothe question, where can I find a cheap scale that will help me out w/o having to go into the dr all the time?

Cheap scales...  Well, I am a firm believer in "you get what you pay for," but I'd say to check at Walmart or Sam's Club.  Stuff like that should be going on sale this week with all the weight loss New Year's resolutions...  I bought one at Sam's Club for $31 that does your body fat and all.  Walmart had them too. 245 = surgery date (if you are postop--preops and nonops are welcome too!)

245 = highest/presurgery weight

185 = current weight

165 = goal weight for challenge end (not your final goal weight unless this is the same)

YES! I need a buddy .. if its someone who is way into working out that would be even better cause i need motivation in that department!
