Seems like you should be able to achieve it if you lose all your belly fat.  Not sure how your skin is doing with the loss, but you might need a tummy tuck to get rid of the extra skin.  A 6-pack is really just a matter of developing those abdominal muscles - it's not like they took them away with surgery, they've just been buried for a long time.  Once they are revealed they should show up.  So start your crunches now and by the time you're down to goal and have that skin removed you'll be ripped! It would be possible if a couple of things happen for you. If you don't have too much skin hiding your muscle tone and if your muscles are not too seperated. Many overweight people's stomach mucsled are seperated. I am getting a TT in a couple of months and part of that is to suture the muscle tight again.

You also need to step up your protein.  We can't process as much protein as someone that has not had surgery can.  It takes protein to build muscle, and in turn that muscle will burn fat. 1.  Eat clean, upping your protein 2. Excersize using weights And with extra skin, a TT may be needed with them tighting the stomach muscles back from where we have streached them.
