GNC now has...
The ISS Oh Yeah! bars and Micellar Milk. Well at least my local GNC store does.
I usually go to the Vitamin Shoppe and stock up but GNC is much closer and forever they didn't carry it. I'm pretty happy they decided to "get with it" and start to carry these popular and yummy (for me) protein supplements...Granted, I don't NEED to supplement because I can easily get all my required protein in via food.
These are yummy though and just plain taste good..and for a snack, it's ideal for me.
So if you're like me and like these products you might want to take a peek in your local GNC next time you're out :)

I will check back, THANKS! Mine discontinued the Power Crunch bars so I tried the muscle milk bars, adore those! 25 grams of protein, 14 sugars. I can tolerate sugar with no problem but if you cant I would suggest them. I want the ISS Bars tho so I will k this evening!
I broke down and bought a bottle of Starbucks orange syrup this morning. It is sooooooooo GOOD!! I picked up a canister of Body Fortress in Vanilla and Im gonna concot my own orange creamsicile shake and orange mocha lattes. 18 grams of sugar in this syrup, for 2 tablespoons so I will start with half of this and see if I can still get that intense orance chocolate flavor they do, without all the added sugar. The vanilla powder will go well with my Starbucks sugar free cinnamon dolche syrup. I will just load it up for a vanilla cinnamon frappucino! YUM YUM YUM!.
