Yes...mostly mental at this point and I still don't have an appetite, but ....yep....I seem to snack the week or so before. It's crazy, but I always know when Aunt Flo is on her way!

Heaviest Weight: 286lbs.
Made goal 3 days prior to 6 mo. surgiversary.
Currently 141lbs and still losing.
Total weight loss to date: 145lbs.
39lbs under goal weight.

It's hard not to give into it. Any other week I really do great. I still have never gone over 1000 calories but my goodness I come darn close that week, so hard not to.. so strange!
