Hi everybody,
I have Blue Cross Blue Shield and they require a 5 yr history of obesity (which I have been obese for much longer than 5 yrs!), but they require medical records.
We moved out here to the suburbs 3 and a half years ago, and I can't remember my primary care doc from our former house! I'm wracking my brain and I just can't.
Does anybody know of a different way to get medical records even if you don't remember the doc??
Thanks!
Barbara

Unfortunately, our insurance company has changed several times. I don't remember who our insurance company was, either!

Thanks for the tip! I know about the 6 month diet. I'll be visiting my doc this week.
Thank you!
Barbara
Do you remember the name of the clinic he was at? They could look it up for you. I'm a receptionist at a clinic and use Google a lot when patients don't know the address, doctor's name or clinic name. If I have either the doctor's name or clinic name I can find it. I have even found it with just the address and town the clinic is in. My insurance didn't require a nut it just had to be supervised by a medical person.
