Do you measure yourself?
Great post! I measure each week and it's kept me sane (most weeks) and made me aware of how I lose and when my body is responding. I started using resistance bands to do arms this week and all of a sudden my forearms were down a quarter of an inch--that's the biggest drop I've ever had in one week. It's usually tiny increments. I also now realize that my waist and abs inflate with PMS, so when my weight goes up a bit, I no longer freak out.
Regular measuring should be priority for all post-ops until they reach goal, IMO.
