That's what I was thinking, just didn't know for sure.  Now I know, YUK.  Thanks to everyone for your replies..  Bre, I was just in Wichita Falls this past weekend.  My daughter lives there.

I think this is what I've seen the lap banders refer to as "sliming" or "PB'ing" which stands for "productive burping".   Dena
