I have tried the B-12 strips by Health-tech.  I found them at Eckerds.  24 strip for 1.99.  They are easy to take.  convenient.  but they stick to the roof of my mouth.   I take the convenience over the sticky.

I haven't tried avon's version but i use Jamieson's b12 strips. they taste like breath mints so not bad, and kills two birds with one stone.
