L: 2 slices deli chicken, 1 slice cheese, 1 diabetic friendly yogurt, pack of tuna
D1: slice ham and cheese, 1 rice cake
D2: 2 boiled eggs, slice of toasted french bread
S: Protein Bar and coffee
Exercise: 1.5 mile walk. Had to cut it short. Got dizzy. Blood sugar low.
Weighed in: Down to 135!
Leslie, Hillary--can yall keep up our daily post while I'm gone? I'll be back on the 30th.
Eats today:
B-Jimmy Dean D-Lights breakfast sandwich
S-grapes
L-sushi!!
S-Chobani
D-Salmon and veggies
Dessert-NSA pudding cup
Exercise-yoga maybe??
B2: same as B1.....I eat this after my workout

L: 3 grilled turkey franks, 1/4 c. chili
D1: cheseburger with extra pickles
S: Dannon Lite and Fit Diabetic friendly yogurt
D2: Protein Bar
S: 4 apple slices with pnut butter
Exercise: 2 miles of walking/jogging!
LOL..... I am down 2 more lbs from yesterday. I don't know if it is the vitamin or the combination of changes I have made.....but whatever it is, it's working!

B1-Chobani and 1 slice ww toast
S-grapes
S-Granola bar
L-laughing cow cheese (2 wedges) and a few Ritz, leftover BBQ pork
S-grapes
D-BBQ leftovers again!!
Exercise-none for me today--too much packing to do.
Well it's a beautiful Thursday Morning! My FRIDAY YAY ME! No weight loss to date but I am determined to make this happen. I have discovered a lot about me over the last 8 years.
I AM A STRESS EATER! if the stress is on I am grazing! I actually do have a SWEET TOOTH! I never knew that before but I do! I have an addiction to food...If I wake up in the middle of the night I will eat something. It's my drug of choice.
Gaining some contol was helpful. But, now, it's time for me to take care of the root cause of this problem. I have heard it said, "it's not what your eating, it's what's eating you". I believe it. Now to search for this answer. I LOVE A CHALLENGE!
